Chaotix Crew Membership Policies

Benefits do not roll over and cannot be banked (e.g. saving your free Emmie rental hours, banking your Friend Passes).

Friend Passes are good for one non-subscriber to enjoy one hour of an Emmie rental. Subscribers must be present for the redemption process and the duration of the rental. Friend Passes do not give access to any other benefits or perks of the Chaotix Crew program.

Chao Garden Tier benefits cannot be stacked with other members' benefits within the same Chao Garden Family Group.

Plans are month-to-month and can be canceled online, on the phone, or in person at any time. Billing period will start based on initial subscription. Benefits will last until next billing cycle after canceling your subscription
